The Downloads Are Taking Forever. How Do I Speed This Up?
If your downloads are taking a long time, it may be the data limit on your service or the wifi available. If you are downloading via a public wifi network (such as in a retail store) the location will implement bandwidth limitations. Home wifi is better. Directly plugged in is best.
If you are using your mobile data to download, consider limitations due to the size and use Wifi or Ethernet for a stronger connection.

Do I Need to Have A Drop Box Account to Have Access To These Files?
No. You do not need to have a drop box account and any downloads to your device hard-drive are free so long as they are downloaded there. Drop Box does charge storage fees (I pay them too lol) if you choose to save these on your personal drop box, but you do NOT have to do that.
I Was Able to Download From Two Links But the Third Gets an Error. What is Happening?
Depending on what you are working on, it can be one of two things:
- You may be downloading these to your computer simultaneously and Drop Box has decided to implement a "Wait" while the others do their thing. Two at a Time is standard apparently. When one finishes, go ahead with the other.
- If you have a Dropbox account (which is, again, NOT required), you may be dealing with a download / upload limitation in the transfer. I recommend you save these to a personal device instead and then transfer storage AFTER you get your initial download.

"I am having trouble downloading your files to my tablet or mobile device. What should I do?"
As stated in the download, these files are all very large and may not be downloadable to save on a phone or tablet device (such as Ipad, Samsung Galaxy Tab etc.). The dependence on your service also matters. The files are stored on Drop box and depending on your service / data they can be viewed there without downloading. However, it is recommended these be used on a computer / laptop / notebook or some larger processor.
"I am having trouble opening the Word Documents" or "Viewing the Video WMV files"
If you are using a Mac or Apple product such as Pages you will need to download it to your device first. Whether on IOS or OS X, Pages will open .doc and .docx Word files as email attachments, or after they are downloaded to your device. There is no Pages browser plug-in to open remote Word files in your browser.
The WMV files can be viewed by alternative media player apps such as FLV player (Free) , Azul, and many more. They can however also be viewed on Dropbox and streamed without downloading these. However, if you wish to download them to your device you will need to have a player installed.
